The hotel was set in a central area near the outskirts of Portonovo next to a lovely beach, both Portonovo and Sanxenxo and the centre. The staff were attentive, took care of us during 4 days stay.

What I liked the best was the Hotel's cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, it's situation towards the city (it is in the outskirts of Sanxenxo but at about 5 minutes walking) and all the decoration. It is very well decorated in a designish, modern and cozy style.

I stayed in a double room with comfy beds and a bathroom that had a shower with a radio, and the staff were friendly and efficient, plus it was just a short walk to restaurants.

stayed at a hotel in Portonovo before, but Royal Nayef blew it out of the water! Amazing staff, spacious rooms, and a luxurious bathroom with a hydromassage cabin. Their breakfast buffet was top-notch, with a wide variety of delicious options. Can't beat the location near the beach either. Highly recommended!
shower controls were confusing.

The hotel's elegant decor and charming ambiance were a delight. The tastefully designed common areas were accessible and convenient for senior guests like myself. I particularly enjoyed the cozy sitting areas and the serene rooftop terrace with its beautiful views of the Atlantic coastline. It felt like a peaceful oasis where I could relax and take in the surroundings.
If I were to ask for anything to make my vacation even better as a senior traveler, it would be a bit more assistance from the staff. Although the children working there were polite and helpful, having more support for us older guests would have been appreciated.

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Nayef! the breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options including bacon, eggs, pastries, cakes, fresh fruit, cheese. the hotel room was clean and had everything we needed, including shutters to block out light and a nice music option. the bathroom was brilliant with a special shower and a kind of steam room. We also loved the nice view from the room, overlooking the rooftops of the nearby houses. It was only a 2-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. the hotel even had a swimming pool on the roof terrace. We would definitely come back if we are ever in the area again!
Nothing, it was perfect! 👌😊

Spent Xmas holidays at a perfect hotel, located just a stone's throw away from a beautiful and quiet beach. the staff was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed a great breakfast with excellent selections of fruit, pastries, bread, and hot food. the hotel is near to many bus stops, shops, and restaurants, making it very convenient for exploring the area.
The hotel did not offer in-house dinner services. It would have been great to have a restaurant with a larger variety of food on offer.

I loved the hotel's location on the outskirts next to a lovely beach, perfect for a relaxing day. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were great. Parking was easy and convenient, and transportation was readily available to take me to the centre of the city. The cherry on top was the delicious breakfast and the friendly staff, who went out of their way to accommodate my needs.
Nothing to mention.
